annira is second-oldest and he eventually takes lordship over kodhi, which is highly problematic because bariyan has huuuuuuge problems with annira as a person and as a brother and as a ruler BASICALLY BARIYAN DESPISES ANNIRA ON EVERY LEVEL POSSIBLE and, well, vice-versa too, annira ain’t too fond of bariyan himself. neither of them are necessarily bad people (or good people for that matter), they just… have very clashing personalities and goals…. and this has been going on for so long that their relationship is pretty much unsalvageable 

tbh annira is the bigger man about their mutual dislike tho

reniro is the youngest and he hates kodhi and he wants to leave the political scene altogether. ideally he would have followed khista into kharta except he knows that the khartans (or rather, the subset of khartans that he’s actually really interested in joining) would have absolutely JACK SHIT to do with him on account of the fact that he’s like 1/32768th khartan at the most

he was bullied by both annira and bariyan when they were children BASICALLY KHISTA WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS NICE TO HIM WHEN THEY WERE KIDS but both annira and bariyan made amends about that, and he eventually grows up to be very close to annira 

which is the reason he dies in the coup too; he comes down very firmly on annira’s side and it becomes a OVER MY DEAD BODY issue. so bariyan cuts him down too :X

YEP THAT WAS ME i did it in february before we knew what mindfang’s horns looked like, or anything about dualscar’s appearance at all. this is an updated version!! i fixed the hands, mindfang’s shoulders and other misc things because whenever i saw this picture reposted i’d die a little on the inside, and i still hate it but it’s… better than it was? i hope??

i kept the horns + hazel irises because they are relics of WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN, though. and i have no idea why i kept both pictures together in the original png. i also forgot to put a signature on them again but i don’t think it’s too hard to tell who drew it, even though my style has changed in the past year. 4chan would be able to source it right away, anyway.

a few anons were asking for full body bloodbent equius & karkat so i put them both in one image i hope that is okay

i’ll also post the info part later as a readmore text post since you guys also wanted that. i’d say also look at formspring but there isn’t much about equius there and whatever i said about karkat is really outdated and wrong and i have changed it a lot for the better so ignore whatever is there (but u can still ask stuff on formspring)

one thing i will not answer is about equius’ lusus though, that is a secret between me and only one other very special person
